Q1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are 100% Manufacturer of printing and packaging in Dongguan, China. And our sales office and factory is together, we can personally check the sample and everything to make sure it's suitable for you. By the way, you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory anytime.
Q2. Can you provide samples to check the quality?
A: Sure, you can send reference package photo to us, we will find similar sample and take photo & video for you check first. If you like it, we will send to you for free.
Q3. Can you make my packaging with my logo design?
A: Sure, all our packaging are customized. You can just send us your design file, we will make effect picture for your confirmation first. When you confirmed, we will make the sample box for you. The sample fee is about $50~$150 depending on different items.
Q4. Can you do the design for me?
A: Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
Q5. What is your MOQ and production time?
A: Our MOQ depends on your package type. If your MOQ is small, the unit price will be high; If your MOQ is big, the unit price will be much lower. Order quantity below 5,000 pcs, we can finish them in 12-15 days. Rush order is also available.
Q6.How and when can I get a quote?
A: Please kindly tell us your required box type, material, size, design and quantity. After we have these details we can offer you our best price within 12 hours or faster.
Q7.How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order online.
Q8. What is your payment terms?
A: 50% deposit before mass production and balance paid before goods loaded at factory. Bank transfer, Western Union, Paypal, Alipay are welcomed.
Q9.What’s the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
Q10.How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
Q11.How will you deliver goods to me?
A: If you don't have your own forwarder, we can find suitable one to check shipping fee with you. Worldwide shipping by sea or by air is ok.
Q12. Can I ask my friend to check good for me?
A: Sure, your friend is warmly welcomed to check goods when ready. And for our every finished order, we have our Quality Control Department to check before shipment.
